“We enjoyed our stay at the motel. Check-in was fast, simple and one hour earlier than check-in time. Room had good block out blinds, the room was completely dark in the morning. Fair price for the room. Would stay again. Thanks!”

“The Abbey is centrally located. The rooms are large modern and very comfortable.”

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean and we appreciated walking into the room and having the heater already on. Very thoughtful! We were within walking distance to all shops. We have stayed here before and will do so again.”

“Easy overnight. Fella behind the bar (Mark?) was lovely and helpful. The stay was just what we wanted it to be. Short and sweet!.”

“The bed needs replacing. I was literally lying straight on springs. I'm not a fan of torture to toughen up. Come on, it's been a long day driving, give me a decent bed!”

“We had the spa suite was very nice clean and good friendly staff would recommend staying here”

“Pleasant staff, room clean and spacious, just a bit dated. Comfortable bed. ”

“Excellent hosts”

“Wotif falsely advertised room as having 2 double beds. The hotel does not have rooms with 2 double beds. Yet we paid for the advertised 2 bed room. The room did have a few holes in the wall and cobwebs in the corner of the room, stained bed cover but clean sheets and towels. The communal showers were filthy. Would not trust Wotif or stay at this hotel again”
